In order to get rid of this, just follow the steps :
- Unlock your phone.
- Go to Apps drawer.
- Then go to Settings.
- Scroll down and tap on Battery.
- Tick mark on Fast Charging checkbox.
- Plug the supplied USB connector into the power/accessory interface connector on the bottom of your device.
- Plug the wall charger into an electrical outlet.
- Review the information about using Fast charging and touch OK.
- Ensure that Fast charger connected displays in the notification bar. This indicates that Fast charging is connected and turned on.
- Done.
*Note : Adaptive Fast Charging works only with the charger that came with your Galaxy Note 4.
